New Series Starts. Session 1: Mindful and Heartfelt Intro

Join us to dive right into to this embodied and empowered approach. We look forward to each session and their outcomes as well as begin with discussion, mindfulness practice, elemental perspectives, and anatomy/physiology lessons.

Session 3: All About Breath

Join this session to look at the many uses of breath in life and how to use it in different ways for the labor and birth experience.

Session 4: Labor Flow, Movement Through the Continuum

Flowing through rest and work, these movements will support a pattern of movement through later pregnancy and birth. Explore the diverse options to align, soften, create space, and balance of movement during labor.

Session 5: When Birth Needs Help

Using nature's way and physiologic birth as the default, we explore the variations in birth where and how intervention is appropriate. Using a method called BRANN to look how to view these helpful options when the time is right.

Session 6: Loving Yourself Postpartum

Using a framework of nourishment, rest, and connection. We traverse the postpartum landscape and all of it's normalcy. Encouraging joy and bliss, but also sitting with sadness, grief, and other less pleasent emotions when they arise and the context in which to view them.
